We have just reviewed the latest market data from the REALTOR^® Association of Sarasota & Manatee, and the luxury real estate landscape around Sarasota and Longboat Key is showing meaningful adjustment and opportunity. Closed sales of single-family homes climbed nearly 30 % year-over-year in Sarasota County, though the median sale price slid 9.2 % to about $445,000 and inventory rose 11.5 %—so we are seeing more choice for buyers and slightly more time for sellers to position their homes beautifully.
