📬 TRIM Notices – What You Should Know

If you’re a property owner in Florida, your TRIM (Truth in Millage) notice should have arrived this month. This document outlines your property’s assessed value and proposed taxes. It’s important to review it carefully, as you have a limited window to appeal if something doesn’t look right. Need help understanding your notice? I’m happy to guide you through it or connect you with a trusted property tax expert. The petitions must be filed on or before September 9, 2025. You may get a Petition form online at www.SC-PA.com or give us a call and we will email the form to you.

Selby Gardens’ Phase Two Gets the Green Light From City Planning Board

 

Phase Two of Selby Gardens’ Master Plan for its downtown Sarasota property was unanimously approved by the eligible members of the City of Sarasota’s Planning Board last week. It will bring a new state-of-the-art conservatory complex and learning pavilion to the downtown campus. Read more here.
