Harbour Links

Harbour Links is a maintenance-included community composed of condominium-type villas tucked behind the guarded gates of Bay Isles, a master development skillfully incorporated within the posh and exclusive grounds of the Longboat Key Club.   

As its name suggests, Harbour Links draws much of its charm from refreshing views of the Longboat Key Club’s golf course. This is a relatively small community snugly laid out on the periphery of well-manicured fairways of the 13th and 14th holes of the club’s 27-hole Harbourside Golf Course.

Specifically, these two holes’ yardage count as part of the White Egret course of Harbourside which completed a $20 million renovation in 2016. New paspalum grass now spruce up the fairways next to Harbour Links, which not only further enhanced golf play. The new grass surface also contributes to further enriching the community’s appeal in the market.

Harbour Links offers more than its quaint golf community feel. Its residents enjoy round-the-clock security with Bay Isles having a gated entry. Their cozy neighborhood has a heated swimming pool conveniently located in the cul-de-sac of Harbour Links Drive that defines the frontage of the neighborhood’s villas.

Purchase of a Harbour Links villa is likewise bundled with deeded access to the gulf-front Bay Isles Beach Club. This private beach at 2111 Gulf of Mexico Drive is a little over a half of a mile north of the community.

Accessible via a pedestrian underpass and with secured card entry and parking, this beach club provides many amenities including pavilions, picnic area, beach volleyball, restrooms and shower rooms. More life and leisure privileges can be had for residents who opt for a full membership at the Longboat Key Club, which in addition to its golf course, has a world-class marina, superb dining venues, and state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

Custom-built Residences

The main draw at Harbour Links are its custom-built villas which provide access either via charming staircases or elevators. Complementing their setting of serene golf course and lake views, these villas were designed with generous floor plans of about 2,000‒2,500 square feet featuring two to three bedrooms.

Recent pricing of properties at Harbour Links revolved around the $600s and the $700s. Sales listings in this pet-friendly community rarely appear on the market though, given its slim stock of residences. Their owners are also prone to keep their properties for the long-term because the community is convenient to local life and leisure centers like the local Shoppes of Bay Isles, St. Armand’s Circle and downtown Sarasota.
