The two-story home, 55 Lighthouse Point Drive, was purchased for $1 million less than its original list price last November.
Built in 1995, the 6,159-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four-and-one-half bathrooms on a 0.4-acre lot inside the Longboat Key Club.
The seller, a trust for Luana Peters of Aurora, Ontario, paid $4.2 million for the property in May 2015, according to county records.
The buyer was represented by Judy Kepecz-Hays of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, which declined to identify the buyer. The deed with that information had not been filed as of Wednesday.
WE MADE IT HAPPEN 🙂
