Longboat Key, Florida | May 1st, 2018 – Pre-construction selling began this April for Epoch Sarasota, a new bayfront luxury condominium, and the timing for this launch looks right on the dot, given the upbeat mood of the condo market locally.
Sarasota condos sold in March rose to 454 residences, up nearly 10 percent from a year earlier. By dollar volume, transactions for the month totaled $184.2 million, a hefty 30.6 percent increase from March 2017.

The full-floor options have floor areas of 5,379 square feet designed with four bedrooms and also featuring 1,998-square-foot terraces.
