This model is at the Bellora, a gorgeous Sarasota Bayfront development next to the Ringling Museum of Art and part of the historic Sapphire Shores/Indian Beach communities.
It is noteworthy too that Legacy Builders also has a strong presence in historic Laurel Park south of the downtown where several luxury spec residences have been constructed recently. One of these new builds, which is located at Cherry Lane, is in fact one of our sales listings for which we have an open house scheduled every Sunday.
Impressive Builders’ List
Besides Legacy, other luxury custom homebuilders participating in the 2018 Parade of Homes include Lee Wetherington Homes and John Cannon Homes. These two have a total of nine entries in this BIA event which will culminate in a judging of entries in the various showcase categories.
