The priciest residence at the Grande is its penthouse occupying the 18th and 19th floors. It flaunts a total floor area of 7,439 square feet designed with four bedrooms, four baths and a half bath.
Every residence at the Grande has a private elevator. The homes boasts of spacious, open-floor designs and impressive architectural details.
